same day service. Trained professionals are available 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week to assist our customers with their needs.
HMS is able to efficiently service a 75 mile radius from each of it's locations.

- 24 hour emergency service
We do not employ an answering service after hours - phones are answered by fully trained employees of HMS so that issues can be resolved quickly or new orders for equipment to facilitate late or weekend discharges can be processes quickly.
- Evaluation of client for specialized products (ie. rehab or adaptive equipment)
- Follow-up with physicians (patient progress and compliance)
- Product and technology training for physicians, therapists, nurses, social workers and case managers
- Predischarge conferences and education to facilitate a smooth transition for the patient and/or caregiver into the home setting from the hospital or long term care facility
- Respiratory therapists
- Develop a plan of care to insure efficiency of therapy and compliance to their equipment.
